Participants could submit the full texts of their presentations to an open-access and internationally indexed journal titled Söylem Journal of Philology which will publish a Special Issue on Translation and Interpreting Studies in March 2025. Submission of the full texts to the journal and publication (if accepted) is free of charge (No APC). Participants can submit their papers to Söylem Journal of Philology  between 13 October - 27 October 2024.  

IMPORTANT: The full texts derived from the presentations in our congress will be subject to the publication policy of the journal as is the case in regular issues (editor's preview, double-blind review processes). Therefore, submitting the full text to the journal does not guarantee publication of the paper. Your paper could be accepted, given minor/major revisions, or rejected based on the scientific and academic content besides its compliance with the writing guidelines of the journal.  

** The abstracts accepted for presentation will be published online in the Book of  Abstracts with ISBN on 24 September 2024. 

*** Participants could also consider the option of submitting their full texts for publication in the online Book of Proceedings with ISBN. The Book of Proceedings will be published on 15 December 2024.

NOTE: Full texts submitted to be published in Söylem Journal of Philology will be reviewed by at least two referees after the approval by the Editorial Board of the journal. Therefore, submission of the full texts to the journal does not guarantee publication. The full texts submitted for the special issue will undergo regular review policies of the journal.  

*** For the participants’ convenience, we also would like to present the participants with the option of getting their full papers published in congress proceedings e-book with ISBN number. The Book of Proceedings will be published on 15 December, 2022.
