Call for Abstracts
The working languages of the congress are Turkish, English, French, and German. Abstracts could be written in one of these languages. Please ensure that the presentation must be delivered in the language the abstract is written.
Please note that the abstracts must be sent through the abstract submission system on "Send Abstract" menu. Submission system is user-friendly. The abstracts sent via e-mail will not be taken into consideration.
Note: We also offer the chance of virtual (online) presentations. However, online presentations cannot be more than 30% of the total number of presentations. Online presentations are recorded, and the link of the records is shared with online presenters. If you are willing to give virtual (online) presentations, you must state this on “Additional Comments” section during abstract submission process.
Foreign participants attending our congress out of Türkiye can deliver their presentations online as long as they notify this during abstract submission. The Certificate of Presentation for virtual presenters will be sent through e-mail on 3 October 2024. Virtual presenters will also have the opportunity to get their full papers published in the journal.
* The results of abstract evaluation will be notified within 7 days after the abstract has been received. All abstracts sent to our congress are double-blind reviewed. The reviewers can accept, decline or demand revisions in the abstracts.
